We want to make the shopping process as easy as possible for you. As such, we offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA. We also offer 100% FREE RETURNS for all orders within the USA. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you've received, just contact us and we will pay for the return shipping within the USA! You can exchange the item(s) or you can get a full refund. Your satisfaction is our highest priority! You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Jewelry purchased on sale or discount is "final sale". Sumana does not offer price adjustments. You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization number before returning or exchanging any item. Any item returned without having a RA number will not be accepted. Shipping Orders usually ship within one business day via USPS and you will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details. Next day shipping via Fedex/UPS is available for an additional fee for orders shipping within the continental United States. For International orders, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of $25 via USPS MAIL which usually takes between 6-10 days for delivery. Express shipping is available for an extra fee that will be calculated during checkout. We do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped outside of the United States. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package. If a package is returned to SUMANA as 'un-deliverable' or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay $35 to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by SUMANA will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to SUMANA. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
